Show us your life Friday!

This week at Kelly's Korner, we are showing off our favorite vacation spots!! My favorite has to be Vegas!! David and I went there last September for our 1 year anniversary! We had so much fun!! We are not gamblers, by any means, (haha) but there is so much more to do there than that. We ate the most yummy foods, and saw the coolest things! We went to Madam Tussauds Wax Museum which was so much fun!

Also, we ate at the Top of the World restaurant. Can you say yummmmy?? This is us getting ready for our dinner!!


It was so good.. and a once in a lifetime kinda thing. We surly could not eat there every night! Also, we went to lots of shows. We went to a really cool magic show, and a comedy show to see George Wallace. Very funny man! On one of the last days, we took a road trip to Hoover Dam. I have to be honest, I was not looking forward to going to see that, just not my kinda thing, but I have to say that it was a lot of fun! I really have to start trusting David! haha! So, anyways, I can not wait to see what everyone else has to say about their vacation spots!


This is us at the Luxor Casino/hotel. What a cool place! We went to the Bodies exhibit. It was really cool to us, with us being in the medical field.

The tall sky scraper is the Stratosphere. That is where we stayed. It was nice, we did not do anything but sleep there though!


This is outside of the Venitian. That is a BEAUTIFUL place!!! Neat Gondola rides. Very romantic :)

New York, New York!!!

And this is the a picture from the Old Las Vegas. We just rode around there one night, there were so many people we did not want to get out! Haha! They have a cool light show there though, we did see a little bit of that!

On another note, we had Bailey's follow up appointment with Dr. B about her hips. We had a good visit. Bailey is doing good, her hips are in place like they should be. She just wants to keep her in her brace at nights for 4 more months. It's ok though. I kinda figured that would happen, and Dr. B was very pleased with how everything was looking! You want an eye opener? We were checking out, and the lady behind the counter said, you know when 4 months is?! CHRISTMAS! wow.. Christmas?! Good grief! It really seems like we were just there last year!

Ok, well I am going to go catch up on Y&R with Dave. So glad he got off early, and he starts his vacation now!! Yay!! Hope you all have a great night! Going to work at 11, so don't know how much posting will get done tomorrow!
